I appreciate you stopping by and offering your help. Its a great sign that Comcast is monitoring the web and responding to complaints. The only bit of advice I would offer is this. If you are offering your personnel help to someone, don’t provide them with a generic email address.

Olof, That's a tough one. I am not aware of any official studies regarding this but there are plenty of articles that have been written. Here is an example. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Hi Jeff Monaghan, I just found your blog and I think it’s interesting. Haven’t read much yet but I think I will. Actually I’m looking for material to use for a short essay I will write at the university. I’m interested in studies of “marketing of web-based services, which methods has been successfully?”. I would like to collect search results from different studies and compare them. Do you have any suggestion about where I can start looking for this kind of information?

Thanks for stopping by Adam. You’re right, it is amazing that they would do this. You can only sweep the criticisms under the rug so many times. The other thing that amazed me is that they had Adecco employees make the positive comments. Its so easy to find someone’s LinkedIn profile to verify where they work.

Ick! I can’t believe they would think they could get away with this! The more comments that they doctor, the more people they will upset. They will turn upset clients into anti-clients. Soon, you’ll have anti-clients forming their own group and trashing you elsewhere on Facebook.
Best to just address the complaints.
